Finding your flow and staying there.

Found Your FLow 2

Four and a half years ago, I took a huge leap of faith and followed my heart….

Little did I know how profoundly my life would change…

It was then that I decided to join a team of beautiful, courageous women and start my own business in an industry I had previously only dreamed of being a part of.

At the time I had no idea about the personal growth journey I was about to embark on, or the transformation within myself that was going to take place.

All I knew, was that I wanted change. I was no longer drawn to my corporate career as an accountant. I was searching for more. More meaning, more purpose, more soulful living, more connection to my source. Unbeknown to me, I was searching for my flow.

I wanted to do something that filled me with joy, something which I was impassioned about. Something that got me all juiced up! Adding value and serving others was particularly high up on my wish list too.

Today, looking back, I am so incredibly grateful for that gigantic leap of faith.

Not because the road I’ve travelled has been smooth and effortless, or even entirely enjoyable. As it turns out, many a time it has been quite the opposite! Not because I have got to where I want to be, because I haven’t. Not yet. Far from it in fact.

However, I find solace in knowing that I am so much closer to living my life in flow than I have ever been before.

This journey of mine has given me the opportunity to become crystal clear about how I want to live my life.

I now know what makes me sparkle on the inside, what lights me up. It has allowed me, through transformation, to find my flow.

One of my biggest lessons has been learning to stop still long enough to listen to what makes me sparkle. In our busy worlds today we don’t often grant ourselves the time or space to stop and ask ourselves if we are doing what really lights us up. We are typically in survival mode and survival mode usually means we are playing small.

The Best Life Declaration Guide played a huge role in guiding me to clarity. It gave me the questions to noodle and the guidance to get to the bottom of what I wanted my life to look and feel more of. If you haven’t already signed up to the Best Life Tribe and received your free copy of this guide – do yourself a favour and do that today! Maybe you need to know someone has your back as you start to make some changes that bring more flow into your life. The Tribe will be here for you!

It takes courage to stop and ask yourself those questions. It takes courage to get clear. But courage always pays off!

This path I have chosen is far from over and I don’t think it will ever end. I still have a lot more work to do, but I’m ready.

Now that I have found my flow, I see the challenge ahead is to immerse myself in it and not dip out.
