“We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.”

George Bernard Shaw

As mothers we intuitively know how important it is for our children to play … to tap into their imagination and curiosity, to go on adventures and to simply be in the moment feeling light, lit up and carefree.

Yet, along the way we have forgotten how to play and rarely give ourselves permission to take time off from the daily grind of work and our family responsibilities.

BIG GIRLS @ PLAY is all about helping women carve out play-time for themselves, through regular play-dates of self-discovery, adventure, new experiences and enrichment.

Play-time for us is all about tapping into our feminine, curious, creative, parts and reminding ourselves of how good it feels to discover and explore new things with an open, light and care-free mind.

Sound good?

Could you do with feeling lighter, less stressed, more creative, energetic and simply happier?

How will a more fun-loving playful you benefit your work and your family?  We are guessing quite a lot.

Play is good for our health, it relaxes our bodies, triggers endorphins, increases our capacity for creativity, problem solving and all over happiness.  And it is calorie free!

So, put down that ‘To Do’ list coz it’s time to play.

No more excuses.  Grab your girlfriends or make some new ones and register for one of our BIG GIRLS @ PLAY events below:
